A Question to all Non-German Drivers

In Germany the Riders of motorcycles change greetings each other, by signing with the left hand, when they pass each other. I want to know, if the riders do it the same way in other Countrys ?????
I've only been in Norway with my LS and I guess that all riders I pass there were German tourist. So I couldn't know, if the others do it the same way.
